Hands-On Home Staging
I provide a more hands-on approach for sellers with our "Speed Staging" and "Signature Staging" services. Our staging professional works with you to transform each room in your home to capture a buyer’s attention for a faster, more profitable sale.
We start with a Consultation to assess your needs and create a plan of action. We walk the exterior and interior, making note of things that should be edited, updated, repaired, painted, or added to make your property more marketable. This service is focused on making it easier for you to complete the staging on your own; however, I offer hands-on services.
Following a consultation, we jump into staging the priority rooms either on the same day or a second scheduled appointment. In conjunction with the seller, I help edit and create new space plans, rearrange furniture, hang artwork, and re-style surfaces to bring out the best features of the priority rooms that present the greatest challenges to your staging. This service is focused on ensuring the property will be ready for photography and showings.
- 3 to 6 hours of priority rooms staging (interior)
- A room-by-room “to do” list to be completed prior to MLS listing, including additional furniture editing and decluttering instructions and paint color and minor repair/upgrade suggestions
- Recommended home accessories and furniture to purchase or rent
$75 per hour, 3 hours minimum
Staging expenses are an investment to protect your list price, and are almost always less than a price reduction seller's may be forced to make in order to re-capture buyer interest.
